March is Women’s History Month, and March 8th is International Women’s Day. Join us virtually for a casual evening celebrating the past, present, and future of women around the world. In addition, Randi Ross will share insights into how she successfully opened a new business during a down-turned economy.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Randi Ross is the owner of V’s Barbershop, an upscale men’s barbershop, and Ben’s Barketplace, a health food store for dogs and cats.

Prior to striking out on her own in the small business world, Randi spent 20+ years in sales and business development in the semiconductor industry. Her experience includes leadership positions with P&L responsibility in Fortune 500 global technology companies and managing $3B+ in top-line sales revenues. Randi holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and was a Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence honoree in 2019. Randi is also Ambassador of the Year for Campbell Chamber of Commerce in 2019 and 2020.
