Ashley Cooke Director, Institutional Coverage, Americas
Ashley is part of the institutional client coverage team at DWS; during her time at DWS she developed client partnerships which resulted in 3 ETFs seeded by a public pension totaling $450MM (HYLB, HYUP & HYDW); over $500MM in passively managed accounts with ESG screening for consultant and their clients in the Midwest. Most recently, Ashley worked with a corporation to bring the first ESG US money market fund to market, ESGXX & ESRXX. Ashley’s experience includes business development and investor relations roles in the alternatives space spanning 17 years for hedge funds, consultants and investment management companies (Cliffwater LLC, Gracie Capital Partners and Stanfield Capital Partners). Ashley received a BS in Business Management from Skidmore College and graduated from The Kent School.

Kathy Ta

Kathy is an experienced Vice President of Small Business Banking Manager with 13 years of experience in working with business owners. Her team helps understand businesses priorities and helps with solutions to guide the clients in growing their busy business and tying them with solutions to guide their growth. Kathy manages a team of 16 Small Business Bankers all over Silicon Valley that work with companies from startup, expansion, sustaining, and transitioning. They offer solutions such as SBA and conventional lending, convenience when it comes to banking, and another trusted advisor to add to your team of expert to help your growing business.
