When it comes to leadership, it’s never been more critical to “have a good head for business”. Understanding how your brain works and changes and impacts your leadership will give you a powerful advantage when it comes to producing results.

In this powerful talk, Silvia Damiano shares the latest neuroscience research and delves into the key elements that characterize tomorrow’s leaders: inspiration, intuition, integration and imagination. Silvia presents other distinctions from her leadership model that will give you insight into what might be limiting your effectiveness. She offers exercises to improve brain function and shines a light on the many ways brain science can be applied to improve relationships, deal with conflict, implement change and lead teams in the 21st Century global innovation economy.

She will draw from her latest book, Leadership is Upside Down, which has been celebrated around the world as “…insightful, invigorating…Silvia takes you to a place that compels you to challenge what you know – or think you know – about leadership.”

Silvia will also teach surprising tactics to survive and thrive as a leader in tomorrow’s economy.
