The Women’s Exchange (WE) was established in 2004 by Alyssa Moeder, Managing Director; Private Wealth Advisor for the women of the downtown New York Merrill groups to create a forum for women in the office at all levels. The goals of the WE are to go beyond fostering intra-office networking, to pollinate cross-firm relationships, to better serve our clients and to advance career paths for highly talented females.

Bank of America and Merrill are big supporters of the National Association of Women Business Owners, both at a national and local chapter level.
