Kimberly Tucker, Founder and President. After seeing a need in the Bay Area for an honest reliable moving company she starting as a local moving company eventually offering storage then expanded to Long Distance and International Moving.
Kim has worked every position in the company from answering phones to driving and moving. The industry has always had a bad reputation, so she wanted to understand every aspect of it to improve processes and procedures. As a result of these efforts and hiring the best in the industry most of her business comes from repeat and referrals.
Kim is an active member in SV-Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the BBB–Silicon Valley & Los Angeles. She is a current member and past Board Member of NAWBO-SV and was honored with NAWBO’s Women of Distinction & Member of the Year awards as well as Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence and Top 50 Women Owned Business awards.
Kim and her company have participated with several charities over the years such as March of Dimes, Relay for Life, Santa Clara Rotary, JW House at Kaiser, Fireman’s Toy Drive, Ronnie Lott Foundation, SV- Biz Journal Mentoring Mondays, provided transportation and warehousing for collection and delivery of food and clothing for Paradise Fire Victims. Supports other events in Santa Clara County like Santa Clara Parade of Champions, SV-BBQ Competition, Santa Clara Art n Wine Festival to name a few.
